Quality ingredients
Zlato BCE features three fruits: plum, grape, and pear. Plum offers the most distinctive flavor and has been used for its antioxidant healing qualities for centuries. Grape has the mildest flavor and Pear the sweetest.
Fermentation
Due to the fact the fermentation process requires no additives of sugar or even water, the strength and flavor of the alcohol is dependent upon the growing season. It is essentially pure and has a naturally high alcohol content.
